In a thirty year career…

I’ve amassed over two decades’ key account management experience running multi-million £ accounts at marketing agencies, white-label insurers, a B2B research agency and a global business travel services provider.

I’ve gained over two decades’ financial services marketing experience, working with some of the world’s biggest FS brands: Lloyds Bank, Halifax, AEGON, Barclays, Barclaycard, NatWest, RBS, VISA, Diners Club Worldwide, Capital One, MBNA, UBS, Danske Bank, Nordea and dozens more.

I’ve achieved over a decade’s agency-side marcoms experience – running award-winning integrated campaigns in press, radio, outdoor, digital, point of sale, telemarketing and direct mail. Even some TV.

I’ve well over a decade’s B2B marketing experience, developing comms campaigns for the likes of Lloyds Business Banking & Eastern Electricity.

I’ve spent the last 3 years leading B2B research projects, investigating trends in the application of technology in business / professional services: cloud computing, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, application software monitoring, for the likes of DLA Piper, LexisNexis, AppDynamics, Amdocs, Wipro, Automation Anywhere, Computershare and many more.
